Busy Roadway Closed In Northern Westchester During Height Of Evening Commute

A busy roadway in Northern Westchester is closed at the height of the afternoon commute Thursday.

Roaring Brook Road in Chappaqua is closed between Route 117 (Bedford Road) and Saw Mill River Parkway due the MTA train crossing arm malfunction.

The MTA has been notified and is responding to correct, New Castle Police said just before 5 p.m.
